Build Your Own DTF Gang Sheet

Create a custom, print-ready DTF gang sheet for apparel transfers. Upload transparent-background artwork, choose each design's finished size and quantity, and use the builder to arrange your sheet.

About our printer & size limits
Gang sheets are printed on our xTool Apparel Printer Pro using continuous-roll DTF film. Because the xTool's control software does not currently treat this as a continuous-roll printer, each sheet is processed as a discrete print job with a maximum length of 18 inches. The width is fixed at 14 inches. Size options reflect these production constraints — if your project requires dimensions beyond 14 × 18", please contact us for a custom quote.

Print settings
All gang sheets are imported into xTool Design Studio and printed using xTool's default settings unless you request otherwise at the time of order. The customer-controlled settings that affect output are color ink level and white underbase level. Valley Ridge Prints is not responsible for print results when default settings are used. All prints are non-refundable.

Turnaround time
Orders are typically produced within 1–2 business days. If you need this turned around ASAP, please contact us at sales@valleyridgeprints.com. If we can accommodate, we will.

Artwork guidelines

• PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended.
• Export at 300 DPI at the final print size whenever possible.
• Avoid screenshots, watermarks, and low-resolution images.
• Keep important artwork inside the builder's safe area.
• Review spelling, sizing, transparency, and layout before adding to cart.

Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished transfer. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have permission to reproduce it.
